ご利用上の注意

加入者等は、下記内容を十分に理解したうえで、自らの判断と責任において、日本レコード・キーピング・ネットワーク株式会社（以下、「当社」といいます）のフロントサービス（Webサービス、コールセンターサービス：以下、「本サービス」といいます）を利用するものとします。サービス内容については、「ＮＲＫフロントサービスのご利用規定」（※）と「ＮＲＫフロントサービスの「所定事項」について」（※）の諸規定が適用されます。
※運営管理機関によっては、異なる名称を使用している場合があります。

加入者等とは

確定拠出年金制度の加入者（加入者であった方および企業型年金において加入待機中の方を含みます）で、当社が行う記録関連運営管理業務の対象となる方を本サービスの利用資格者（以下、｢加入者等｣といいます）とします。

免責事項等

• 1. 本サービスに提供されている情報の正確性については万全を期しておりますが、当社は情報の正確性を保証するものではなく、また当該情報を用いて加入者等が行う一切の行為について、何ら責任を負うものではありません。
• 2. Web サービスからハイパーリンクへの接続は、加入者等の自己責任に基づいて行ってください。当社は、ハイパーリンク接続先の情報源より提供される情報について調査、検証、監視およびその内容について是認しているものではなく、また正確性を保証するものではありません。
• 3. 次の各号の事由により本サービスの全部または一部が停止したり、取扱いに遅延、不能等があっても、これによって生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。また、本サービスに基づく義務の履行を免除されるものとします。
  • （1）災害・事変、裁判所等公的機関の措置等のやむを得ない事由があったとき
  • （2）当社、当社と情報を授受している委託元運営管理機関や金融機関等が安全策を講じたにもかかわらず、通信機器、通信回線、コンピューター等のシステム機器等の障害もしくは瑕疵、または第三者による妨害、侵入、情報改変等により、本サービスの提供ができなくなった場合、または本サービスの伝達遅延、誤謬もしくは欠陥が生じた場合
  • （3）当社と情報を授受している委託元運営管理機関や金融機関等の責めに帰すべき事由があったとき
  • （4）当社の責めによらない回線工事等により、本サービスの取扱いの全部または一部が停止したとき
  • （5）本サービスの運用割合変更、運用商品預替および運用商品預替の取消の指図が、当社の重大な過失によらないシステム上の制限、エラー、内容の瑕疵等により実施されなかった場合、または誤った指図となった場合等
  • （6）前述のものを除き、それらに準じることを要因とする障害及び不具合の発生
  • （7）アクセス過多等によって、本サービスが提供するシステム上限値を超過した場合
• 4. 加入者等は本サービスの利用に際し、公衆回線、移動体通信網、専用電話回線、インターネット等の通信経路の特性および本サービスで当社が講じる安全対策等について、了承しているものとみなします。
• 5. 加入者等が本サービスを利用する際の使用機器（以下、「取引機器」といいます。）や公衆回線、移動体通信網、専用電話回線、インターネット等の通信経路が正常に稼動する環境については、加入者等の責任において確保してください。当社は、取引機器が正常に稼動することについて保証するものではありません。万一、取引機器が正常に稼動しなかったことにより取引が成立しない、または成立した場合、それにより生じた損害について当社は責任を負いません。
• 6. 当社が発行した「ユーザーID」および「暗証番号」が郵送上その他の事故や加入者等の不注意、または第三者の不法行為など、当社の責めによらない事由により第三者に取得されたとしても、そのために生じた損害について、当社は一切責任を負いません。
• 7. 加入者等は、通信の安全性のために採用している当社所定のセキュリティー手段、盗聴等による不正利用等のリスク対策および本人確認手段について理解し、リスクの内容に関し承諾したうえで本サービスを利用するものとし、これらの処置にかかわらず盗聴等の不正利用により加入者等が損害を受けた場合、当社は一切責任を負いません。
• 8. Webサービスには、委託元運営管理機関の登録に基づき委託元運営管理機関からのメッセージが表示されることがありますが、その内容については、委託元運営管理機関にお問い合わせください。当社は委託元運営管理機関が登録するメッセージの内容につき一切関知いたしません。

海外からのご利用

加入者等が本サービスを海外から利用する場合、各国の法令、通信事情、その他の事由により、全部または一部をご利用いただけないことがあります。なお、海外からの利用により生じた損害については、当社は一切の責任を負いません。

著作権について

本サービスに掲載および表現されているもの（加入者等の通知や各種登録帳票により当社が情報管理を依頼された項目は除く）は、著作権の対象となっています。著作権は、日本国著作権法および国際条約により保護されています。本サービスの全ての情報利用に際して、複製・転用・販売は著作権法上、固く禁じます。未許可での違法な利用は、告発の対象となりますのでご注意ください。本サービスの内容の全部または一部について、当社に無断で改変を行うことはできません。

本サービスの追加、変更または終了

• 1. 当社は予告なくサービスを追加することがあります。加入者等は、追加の申し込み等なしに追加したサービスを利用できます。
• 2. 当社は本サービスの全部または一部を予告なく変更することがあります。
• 3. 当社は本サービスの全部または一部を終了することがあります。
• 4. 当社はサービスの追加、変更または終了により、「ご利用上の注意」を変更する場合があります。

本サービスの休止

当社はサービスの改良、安全性の維持、その他必要な事由のある場合は、本サービスを休止することができます。

Cautionary points for usage

Participants, etc., should use the front-end services (web services and call center services; below, the Services) of NIPPON RECORD KEEPING NETWORK Co., Ltd. (below, the Company) based on their own judgment and responsibility with sufficient understanding of the following content. Stipulations in NRK Front Services User Guidelines (*) and NRK Front Services Defined Items (*) apply to services content.
* Different names might be used depending on the plan administrator.

Who are participants, etc.?

People qualified to use the Services shall be participants in the defined contribution pension plan (including former participants and people waiting to participate in corporate type pensions) who are covered by the Company's recordkeeping-related operation and management activities (below, Participants, etc.).

Disclaimers, etc.

• 1. While the Company makes its utmost efforts to ensure the accuracy of information provided in the Services, it does not guarantee the accuracy of information and does not bear any responsibility for actions by Participants, etc.
• 2. Connections from web services to hyperlinks shall be conducted with the Participants', etc., own judgment. The Company does not research, verify, monitor, or approve the content of information provided by information sources on hyperlink connections and does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
• 3. The Company is not at all responsible for any damages incurred due to total or partial suspension of the Services or delays in or inability to handle activities for the following reasons. The Company is also exempt from a fulfillment obligation based on the Services.
  • （1）When there is an unavoidable reason such as a disaster, incident, or court or other public entity measures
  • （2）When it is not possible to provide the Services or there are transmission delays, errors, or defects in the subject Services because of problems or defects in communications equipment, communications lines, computers, or other systems or interruptions, intrusions, data alterations, or other problems caused by third parties, despite safety measures by outsourced plan administrators, financial institutions, etc., exchanging information with the Company
  • （3）When the reason stems from blame attributed to outsourced plan administrators, financial institutions, etc. exchanging information with the Company
  • （4）When handling of the Services is totally or partially suspended due to line construction, etc., that is not the Company's fault
  • （5）When instructions on changing investment allocations, switching of investment products, or switching of investment products cancellation for the subject Services are not implemented or implemented incorrectly because of system restrictions, errors, content defects, or other disruptions that are not caused by a major fault of the Company
  • （6）When problems or difficulties occur due to reasons other than those mentioned above that are comparable
  • （7）When the upper limit for the system provided by this service is exceeded due to excessive access, etc.
• 4. It is deemed that Participants, etc., have agreed to the characteristics of public lines, mobile communication networks, leased phone lines, the Internet, and other communication channels used for the Services and security measures implemented by the Company for the Services.
• 5. Participants, etc., are responsible on their own to secure an environment for use of the Services by Participants, etc., that operates properly, including equipment (below, transaction equipment) and public lines, mobile communication networks, leased phone lines, the Internet, or other communication channels. The Company does not guarantee proper operation of transaction equipment. The Company is not liable for any damages that occur in cases of transactions that are not established or established due to transaction equipment not operating properly.
• 6. The Company does not bear any liability for damages that occur if a third party acquires the user ID or password issued by the Company for reasons that are not the Company’s faulty, such as mail or other accidents, carelessness of participants, etc., or illegal acts of third parties.
• 7. Participants, etc., shall use the Services based on an understanding of the Company’s security methods adopted to protect communication security, risk measures to address improper use, etc., due to eavesdropping, etc., and a method to confirm personal identity and acceptance of the risk content, and the Company shall not bear any liability in cases of damages to Participants, etc., from improper use, etc., due to eavesdropping, etc., despite having taken these measures.
• 8. Messages from outsourced plan administrators may appear in Web services based on registration by the outsourced plan administrator. Please inquire with the outsourced plan administrator about the content. The Company is not aware at all of the content of messages registered by outsourced plan administrators.

Use from abroad

When participants, etc., seek to use the Services from abroad, they may use all or some services depending on laws, communication conditions, and other factors related to the specific country. The Company is not liable for any damages related to use from abroad.

Regarding copyrights

Items listed and expressed in the Services (excluding participants, etc., notifications and items for which the Company has received information management requires using registration forms) are covered by copyrights. Japan's Copyright Act and international treaties protect copyrights. The Copyright Act prohibits copying, transfer, or sales of any information utilized in the Services. Please be careful because legal action may be taken to address illegal use without authorization. Alteration of all or part of the Services content without the Company's consent is not permitted.

Adding, changing, or ending the Services

• 1. The Company may add services without prior notification. Participants, etc., may use added services without additional applications, etc.
• 2. The Company may change all or some of the Services without prior notification.
• 3. The Company may end all or some of the Services.
• 4. The Company may revise "Cautionary points for usage" due to adding, changing, or ending the Services.

Suspension of the Services

The Company may suspend the Services for the purpose of updating the Services, maintaining security, or addressing other legitimate causes.
